In this third step, we investigate to determine the highest and best use property type that should be constructed on each parcel: single-family, multi-family, condominiums, townhomes, etc.

5. Coordinate Initial Development

Once SCP decides to finance a project, grading for roads, curbs, and utilities can quickly begin. And after initial development is complete, lots are then subdivided for builder purchase and construction.
